Role Overview\nWe are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate will work across the full technology stack, contribute to end-to-end feature development, and ensure high performance, reliability, and security of applications.\n?? Key Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain application features along with automated tests (unit, integration, functional).\nOwn features end-to-end from concept to deployment.\nCollaborate with teams to improve test coverage, release velocity, and production stability.\nDrive best practices in software engineering, including design, testing, and security.\nPartner with enterprise architects and project teams to ensure robust technical architecture.\nOptimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.\nManage technology upgrades and address obsolescence.\nIdentify and implement emerging technologies to meet business goals.\n?? Mandatory Skills\nStrong experience in:\nJava, JavaScript\nSpring Core / Spring MVC\nAngular\nTesting frameworks:\nJUnit, Mockito, Spring Test\nTools & Technologies:\nSwagger, Git, Jenkins, uDeploy, Docker\nHands-on experience with:\nMicroservices architecture\nPerformance tuning & optimization\nAWS cloud services & architecture\nStrong understanding of:\nScalable, low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems\nDesign patterns and architectural principles\n? Good to Have Skills\nExperience with:\nPostgreSQL, Serverless, SOA, Data Integration tools\nExposure to:\nAI/ML, Data Analytics, Visualization tools\nAgile/Scrum development experience\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\n?? Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field\nMinimum 5+ years of IT experience (6–8 years preferred)\n??
