🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Technical Lead / Architect – Cloud Engineering to drive the design, development, and scalability of next-generation distributed cloud platforms.
This role requires a strong mix of hands-on engineering, system architecture, and leadership, playing a key role in modernizing systems and building resilient, high-performance solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and design of scalable distributed systems
Drive modernization of legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems
Mentor and guide engineering teams with best practices
Collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business goals
Implement robust observability, debugging, and RCA processes
Define and enforce engineering standards and architectural principles
💡 Required Skills
Strong expertise in Distributed Systems & Cloud Engineering
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Proficiency in one or more: Java / Python / Rust / C++
Deep understanding of System Architecture & Design Patterns
Experience with Storage Systems & Networking
Knowledge of High Availability & Fault-Tolerant Design
Strong skills in Debugging, Troubleshooting & RCA
Experience with Observability tools (monitoring/logging/tracing)
⭐ Good to Have
Experience with Streaming Platforms
Exposure to Cloud Gaming architectures
Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform / CDK
Deployment tools like Helm / ArgoCD
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
