Key Responsibilities\nLead architecture and design of scalable distributed systems\nDrive modernization of legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures\nEnsure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems\nMentor and guide engineering teams with best practices\nCollaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business goals\nImplement robust observability, debugging, and RCA processes\nDefine and enforce engineering standards and architectural principles\n?? Required Skills\nStrong expertise in Distributed Systems & Cloud Engineering\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes\nProficiency in one or more: Java / Python / Rust / C++\nDeep understanding of System Architecture & Design Patterns\nExperience with Storage Systems & Networking\nKnowledge of High Availability & Fault-Tolerant Design\nStrong skills in Debugging, Troubleshooting & RCA\nExperience with Observability tools (monitoring/logging/tracing)\n? Good to Have\nExperience with Streaming Platforms\nExposure to Cloud Gaming architectures\nInfrastructure as Code tools like Terraform / CDK\nDeployment tools like Helm / ArgoCD\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools\n??
