RURUX is a deep-tech Industry 4.0 product company building the Convergence and Whereverse platform. Convergence a next-generation MES, OEE, Production Intelligence, CMMS and Pharma 21 CFR Part 11, compliant digital manufacturing suite. Whereverse - An enterprise-grade Asset & Workforce Tracking Platform built using BLE, LoRa, GPS, and RFID technologies. It delivers high-accuracy real-time tracking for people, tools, trolleys, forklifts, and inventory across factories, warehouses, and pharma units. The backend supports geofencing, event-based tracking, heatmaps, and real-time location intelligence. Together, these platforms operate on high-performance backend systems that manage machine telemetry, high-frequency events, location streams, alarms, and complex relational models. We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Python Developer who is strong in Python internals, SQL optimization, backend architecture, and solving complex engineering problems at scale. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build mission critical systems, lead by example, and influence core product design.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities • Architect, develop, and optimize backend services powering real-time industrial data systems. • Write high-performance Python code with strong focus on data structures, algorithms, and clean design patterns. • Design, model, and maintain relational database schemas (PostgreSQL preferred); write optimized complex SQL queries, CTEs, indexing strategies, and query plans. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or Django. • Translate business and product requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. • Review code, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior developers and interns. • Collaborate closely with the Product, QA, Embedded, and DevOps teams. • Identify, analyze, and resolve backend performance bottlenecks, ensuring reliability and scalability for high throughput systems.
