🔍 Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Lead Solution Architect – AI / Agentic AI to design and lead end-to-end architectures for next-generation AI systems, including Agentic AI, chatbots, and voice-enabled applications. This role bridges the gap between advanced data science models and production-grade enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 AI Integration Architecture
Design and implement end-to-end architectures integrating LLMs, Agentic AI workflows, and ML models
Ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI deployments
🔹 Voice & NLP Solutions
Architect solutions using Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and NLU
Build real-time conversational AI systems
🔹 Infrastructure Design
Define infrastructure requirements including GPU/CPU sizing, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
Optimize architectures for performance, latency, and cost efficiency
🔹 Microservices & API Architecture
Lead API-first architecture design (REST / GraphQL)
Build modular, scalable microservices ecosystems
🔹 AI/ML Frameworks
Work with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI for autonomous AI agents
Enable multi-agent orchestration and integrations
🔹 Data Security & Privacy
Implement enterprise-grade security practices:
PII masking and anonymization
Encryption (at rest & in transit)
Compliance with regulatory standards
🔹 Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate across Data Engineering, Application, and Product teams
Ensure seamless end-to-end system integration
🔹 Architecture Governance
Conduct architecture reviews, feasibility studies, and design workshops
Define system requirements including latency, throughput, and optimization strategies
💻 Technical Expertise
Backend: Python / .NET / Node.js / JavaScript
Frontend: React.js or similar frameworks
AI Frameworks: LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI
Databases: Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate)
Cloud:
Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Speech Services)
Azure App Services, AKS (Kubernetes)
DevOps: GitHub Actions / CI-CD tools
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Leadership
Strong background in AI/ML system design and enterprise integration
Experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)
Strong knowledge of API design, system integration, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
