Job Title: Data Scientist \r\nTotal Experience: 6+ years \r\nLocation: Pune\r\nRoles & Responsibilities:\r\n• Ownership of design, implementation, and deployment of machine learning algorithms in a modern Python-based cloud \r\narchitecture\r\n• Design or enhance ML workflows for data ingestion, model design, model inference, and scoring\r\n• Oversight on team project execution and delivery\r\n• Establish peer review guidelines for high-quality coding to help develop junior team members’ skill set growth, cross?training, and team efficiencies.\r\n• Visualize and publish model performance results and insightsto internal and external audiences.\r\n• You will collaborate with executive-level stakeholdersto understand their strategic objectives and identify opportunities \r\nto leverage data and data quality for enabling AI and machine learning.\r\n• You will be responsible for the overall AI system design, problem framing and governance, identifying and managing \r\nrisks and issues.\r\nQualifications:\r\n• Master’sin a relevant quantitative, applied field (Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Engineering)\r\n• 4-5 years of work experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of ML model development and deployment into production \r\nwithin a cloud infrastructure\r\n• You have experience in leading the analysis and modeling of different datasets and overseeing the development, \r\ndeployment, and productionization of the models.\r\n• You have experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, optimization, and other data science \r\ntechniques to implement end-to-end data science projects.\r\n• Experience on the Databricks platform is highly preferred.\r\n• You evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validate modelsto ensure robustness and reliability.\r\n• Proficiency in Python and SQL required; PySpark experience a plus\r\n• Working knowledge of MLOp
