🚀 Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) to design and support enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical EPM skills along with a solid understanding of financial planning processes.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure EPBCS components (metadata, forms, dashboards, business rules, workflows)
• Design and enhance planning models (Workforce, Capital, Financials, Projects, Strategic Modeling)
• Build business rules using Calculation Manager & Groovy scripting
• Optimize cube design (BSO/ASO), dimensional modeling & performance
• Develop integrations using Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs
• Collaborate with Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Manage security setup, access control, and user provisioning
🛠 Required Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience with Hyperion Planning / EPBCS (at least one full implementation)
• Strong understanding of financial planning (OPEX, CAPEX, Revenue, Workforce)
• Hands-on with EPBCS rules, calculations, automations & integrations
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, Smart View
• Knowledge of cube design, aggregation, and performance tuning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
