We are seeking a detail-oriented Fusion Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion and business analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support ERP processes, and ensure effective system configuration and implementation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion applications
Work on ERP processes and ensure system alignment with business needs
Perform data analysis to support decision-making
Assist in system configuration and customization
Prepare detailed documentation and reports
Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements
Ensure smooth communication between business and IT teams
✅ Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications
Experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering
Understanding of ERP processes and workflows
Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience in system configuration and support
Strong documentation and communication skills
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
