We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Director to lead HR operations across multiple business verticals. This role is critical in shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with the organizationโ€™s vision while driving talent excellence and employee engagement.
๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities
โœ”๏ธ Oversee day-to-day HR operations across all verticals
โœ”๏ธ Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies
โœ”๏ธ Collaborate with leadership to design and enhance HR processes
โœ”๏ธ Lead recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
โœ”๏ธ Manage onboarding, compensation & benefits, and performance reviews
โœ”๏ธ Drive strong employee relations and engagement strategies
โœ”๏ธ Provide HR advisory and strategic support to senior leadership
โœ”๏ธ Plan and execute training & development programs for employees and leadership
โœ”๏ธ Monitor and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
โœ”๏ธ Oversee talent management, retention, and employee lifecycle
โœ”๏ธ Conduct regular feedback sessions (skip-level meetings, 1:1 discussions)
๐ŸŽฏ Ideal Candidate
๐Ÿ”น 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in multi-vertical organizations
๐Ÿ”น Expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and compliance
๐Ÿ”น MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
๐Ÿ”น Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
๐Ÿ”น Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
