Role Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Director to lead HR operations across multiple business verticals. This role is critical in shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s vision while driving talent excellence and employee engagement.\n?? Key Responsibilities\n?? Oversee day-to-day HR operations across all verticals\n?? Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies\n?? Collaborate with leadership to design and enhance HR processes\n?? Lead recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives\n?? Manage onboarding, compensation & benefits, and performance reviews\n?? Drive strong employee relations and engagement strategies\n?? Provide HR advisory and strategic support to senior leadership\n?? Plan and execute training & development programs for employees and leadership\n?? Monitor and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)\n?? Oversee talent management, retention, and employee lifecycle\n?? Conduct regular feedback sessions (skip-level meetings, 1:1 discussions)\n?? Ideal Candidate\n?? 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in multi-vertical organizations\n?? Expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and compliance\n?? MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources\n??
