Hiring: RPA Blue Prism Lead | Remote | Contract Role\n\nWe are looking for an experienced RPA Blue Prism Lead to drive end-to-end automation initiatives, lead delivery teams, and ensure operational excellence. Role Overview\n\nAs an RPA Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery, governance, and production support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive automation excellence.\n\n---\n\n? Required Experience\n\n- 8+ years of RPA experience with Blue Prism as the primary platform\n- Proven experience leading automation delivery teams or CoE initiatives\n- Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and Python\n- Strong exposure to AI/ML integrations in automation projects\n- Experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform\n- Solid understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integrations\n- Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments\n\n---\n\n?? Must-Have Skills\n\n- Expertise in Blue Prism architecture, design standards, and best practices\n- Strong ownership of solution design and technical governance\n- Experience in PDD/SDD reviews and solution estimation\n- Production support experience including incident management and RCA\n- Operations exposure: SLA monitoring, process health checks, reporting\n- Ability to handle escalations and prioritize incidents effectively\n- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills\n\n---\n\n?? Preferred Certifications\n\n- Blue Prism Professional / Developer Certification\n- UiPath Certification (optional)\n- Certifications in Business Analysis / Agile / ITIL (plus)\n\n---\n\n??
