We are looking for a skilled Databricks Engineer with strong experience in data engineering and Azure cloud platforms, along with mandatory exposure to the Pharma domain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, optimizing data workflows, and enabling data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Azure
• Develop and optimize data workflows and ETL processes
• Work with large datasets using Spark, PySpark, and SQL-based technologies
• Analyze and improve data pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across pipelines
• Implement best practices in data warehousing and data engineering
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently

🛠️ Mandatory Skills
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Hands-on experience with:
o Databricks
o Azure (ADF, Azure Data Services)
o SQL (Snowflake, Spark SQL, SQL Server, Redshift)
o Python (Pandas, PySpark, data engineering libraries)
• Experience in:
o Airflow / Azure Data Factory (ADF)
o Spark / SparkSQL
o Data pipeline development, optimization, and monitoring
• Pharma domain experience (Mandatory)
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms (basic to intermediate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
