About the Role\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong foundation in software development to lead large-scale enterprise data modernization programs within the BFSI domain.\nThis role requires a deep understanding of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and modern architectural patterns, combined with strong expertise in program governance, delivery management, and stakeholder leadership.\nYou will act as a critical bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless execution, alignment, and regulatory compliance.\n??? Key Responsibilities\n?? Program & Delivery Management\nOwn end-to-end delivery of data modernization programs\nDefine and manage program plans, milestones, and dependencies\nTrack program health across scope, schedule, cost, and risks\nDrive resolution of technical and delivery challenges\nManage multi-vendor and multi-technology delivery environments\n?? Technical Oversight & Architecture Alignment\nProvide technical leadership backed by hands-on development experience\nReview and guide architecture/design for:\nData Lakehouse solutions\nAnalytics & reporting platforms\nData ingestion & integration pipelines\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards\nGuide teams on:\nCloud-based data platforms\nDistributed data processing\nPerformance & scalability\n?? Data & Technology Landscape\nStrong understanding of:\nData Lake / Lakehouse architectures\nData warehousing fundamentals\nAnalytics & BI ecosystems\nKnowledge of data modeling:\nStar Schema\nFact & Dimension modeling\nSlowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)\nExperience or exposure to:\nInformatica (PowerCenter / BDM / IDMC)\nSSIS\n.NET / Power BI-based data solutions\nConceptual understanding of:\nCloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)\nInfrastructure (compute, storage, networking basics)\n?? Stakeholder & Governance Management\nAct as the primary interface for:\nBusiness stakeholders\nArchitecture teams\nRisk, compliance & audit teams\nEnsure adherence to BFSI regulatory and data governance standards\nPresent executive-level program updates\nManage change control, approvals, and baseline tracking\n?? Team Leadership & Enablement\nLead cross-functional teams including:\nArchitects\nData Engineers\nETL Developers\nQA & Support Teams\nFoster collaboration across delivery units\nMentor leaders on technical decision-making and delivery excellence\n?? Required Qualifications\n?? Experience\n17+ years of overall IT experience\nStrong early-career background in software development\n7+ years in program or large-scale delivery management\nProven experience delivering data platforms/analytics programs in BFSI\n?? Technical Skills (Must Have)\nStrong knowledge of:\nData Lakehouse architectures\nETL/Data integration frameworks\nData warehousing concepts\nHands-on exposure (past or present):\n.NET / Informatica / SSIS or similar stack\nWorking knowledge of:\nData modeling (Star Schema, Facts, Dimensions)\nCloud & hybrid environments\nInfrastructure fundamentals\n?? Soft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly\nExcellent stakeholder management & leadership presence\nStrong documentation and presentation skills\n?
