🔍 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UI Architect with deep expertise in SAP Composable Storefront (Spartacus) to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance eCommerce frontends.
This role involves defining frontend architecture, best practices, and technical strategy while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital commerce experiences.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Define and drive frontend architecture for SAP Composable Storefront (Spartacus)
Lead the design and development of scalable, modular UI solutions
Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
Architect and implement headless commerce solutions
Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility
Collaborate with backend, product, and UX teams for end-to-end delivery
Mentor developers and conduct code reviews & technical guidance
Ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of UI components
🎯 Required Skills
Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions preferred)
Extensive experience with SAP Spartacus / SAP Composable Storefront
Deep understanding of headless architecture and micro-frontend concepts
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience integrating with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) APIs
Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies
⭐ Good to Have
Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
Knowledge of PWA (Progressive Web Apps)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of security best practices in frontend applications
Experience in large-scale enterprise eCommerce platforms
